New Growth Twisting and Edges of Leaves Curling???

On my Og Kush plants the edges of the big fan leaves are curling up and the new growth is twisting. Is there something I can give them? I have them under 600 watts about 22 inches away.

Sounds too hot, open the door at lights on and blow a large fan around in there.raise the light and consider getting a cooltube ducting and an exhaust fan.

I have all that and it's stays about 77 directly under the lights. Ill post pics in a minute.

From what I have herd is that they are not curling they are just praying

Some people say praying is fine, but I know when I moved my light a couple inches and added the heat shield, they opened up from that praying position.
