New Growth not looking so good, help

Hey guys, my new growth is coming in very skinny, and the middle of the leaf is bright green compared to the rest of the plant, they are on 24 hours of light, they are on day 40 of veg. Not to sure what im doing wrong, I water when the meter says dry and i bring it back to moist, i feed them once a week. their temp stays at 80 and humidity is usually around 30%.DSCF1069.jpgDSCF1070.jpgDSCF1071.jpgDSCF1072.jpgDSCF1073.jpgDSCF1074.jpgDSCF1075.jpgDSCF1077.jpgDSCF1076.jpgThey are under a 600 watt HPS light now but i just bought that yesterday, before yesterday they were under CFL and T5 lights. I hope someone can help me this is my first grow. Should i top the plant to get rid of the crappy leaves or just leave them?

let them develop, looks like some sort of heat damage to me.

the plants look pretty good but the new light might be kinda too close to em. They were shocked by the new light, which is a lot hotter and brighter than the previous lights. for example I use a sun system 150 watt hps for small plants, but its almost 3 feet above them, and it works.
Make sure they are getting adequate watering and drainage, and mist them with a spray bottle of water *(humidity+) or compost tea or foliar fertilizer spray (like tiger bloom). keep them in veg for a week or so until they get used to it but 24 hrs with that hps will burn it out faster, than if you rested it once or twice a day. they have to have enough humidity and watering to deal with the change
