New growth lime green

What happened to my plant? New growth is lime green, and kind of puky looking. 7 days into flowering. It started this a couple days ago. Looks worse tonight when light came on. 315 CMH. I sprayed yesterday with a pesticide thinking I saw a spider mite, but see no evidence of mites.

Raising light a little, but I think the shit I sprayed on it to ward off a possible spider mite fucked it up. Fuck, live and learn. Never again. Looks worse today. Thanks for the tips.
