New growth coming from leaf tip

Wondering what this is? About to chop down plant in a couple days and it looks like a new seedling growth coming from a the tip of a leaf?

Interesting, never seen that before! I can imagine maybe its kind of like foxtailing? Idk though, just an idea

I know what that is. That is a lacewing egg. I have seen them in trees outside. I don't know how they affect marijuana plants, I never had any show up on my indoor marijuana plants only outside on a fruitless Purple Plum tree.

Hope someone knows how it affects the marijuana plant. On google i found it is a predator bug that eats aphids. Gotta love it for that
