Honestly when that young they really don't need much there is enough food stored to get it started and the cotyledons will provide food and eventually fall off but I generally use about a cup may b two when that size even in a big container but u may b better off going wit like a gallon container and a 5 gallon for later cheep pots these may cost u 8 bucks or so for both but I've had better luck when small in smaller pots up till really going good and need root space but there are plenty of ppl who go straight to the flower size pot when plants that young but I don't think u need much more than cup of water like once a week for that plant till she starts raking offGoing to Wal-Mart tomorrow. Did u see the pic I just posted. Ima get some 2 or 3 gallon pot holders with the holes. With that said how much water should I give the plant with a 2 or 3 gallon pot holder?
