New grower

Hello.. I’m new to the circuit and wanted to look for forums for advice and I came to this page. My seedling is about 8-9 days old just noticed some spots on it thought it could be from light and having water gotten on my leafs so I moved my lights further. Just looking for advice to what it may be or what I could be doing wrong & also just general thoughts of my seedling..

I tried to germinate 4 feminized white widow seeds 1 didn’t break the seed another died when my clip on fan fell and knocked over my seedling. So I planted two more and from that I got this one that shot up and another one that’s like not growing? It broke its seed but hasn’t grown in days! So idk what’s going on. All help and advice is appreciated.

One of the bottoms circular leaves are turned up didn’t know if that was over watering or too much sun either.. I been trying to not over water them I only have been using a spray bottle to keep the top moist. The bigger seedling tho I watered for the first time Friday but I only did a little bit not even to the point where I had run off water cause I think that she’s not at that stage yet to take all that water

Personally I don’t see anything I would worry about too much yet in the seedling that fully popped. As far as the other one goes, stuff happens. It may not have been anything you did. If you want more commentary you should probably provide more details e.g temps, humidity, light type, distance etc.

I planted that one a day after the other one. Both in a grow tent 78-81 degrees had the humidity over 70% recently just lowered humidity to 68 it ranges from 60- 68% atm I just moved my lights back as well theyre at about 36 inches they were around 20-24 inches.. I run 1200 LED lights

my tent is a 3 x3 x 7 I have it in a hot ass room that I run ac in it 24/7 to keep temperatures level or it would be consistently 83-86 degrees in the tent

Seems ok for seedlings. Personally I would rather have the temp on the low end of your range. Good luck on the grow.

what is your soil? Just a tip for future get a clear solo cup put that inside a red one that way you can see the roots and how wet it is. I don't think they look bad.
And welcome to riu

I used a mix of frog farm & cocoa on top of it I did bring the ph down to 6 before planting my seed and made sure it drained well. I did that with 3 of my seeds and only one looks like this 1 died and the other is a really small sprout

Over loving seedlings is their number one killer

Slow down and let the roots search for food and water
Once they stretch the foliage will explode in growth
Yeah that’s been my fear and why I haven’t watered them other than keeping the top moist. I don’t want to over water them which I think may have happened with my little sprout cause he hasn’t grown in a wk.

I assume you have plenty of holes in the bottom of those cups?
