Ok so this is my first grow, indoor at that..and somewhat ghetto
its chronic bagseed, almost positive its sour d, sativa
2.5 gal pot, vegged for about a month, like 2 weeks in 24 and then graduated down during 2 weeks till 18/6..switched to 12 12 like 4 days ago, she still hasn't showed sex, but shes starting to
growing in cfl's...i just started using hawaiian bloom and bud today, i was using miracle gro fert before...ph'd water, temp is about 79-80 degrees in the day 75-76 degrees at night...topped here and there, and lstIMG_0129.jpgIMG_0131.jpgIMG_0135.jpg

so how does she look? any advice? any guesses on sex?
thanks for the input

so far so good for a first time grow...the only thing i can really notice is the soil looks a little dense...how often are you watering, how much, and how long does it take to dry out? You want soil thats pretty airy(good amount of perlite), if you start giving it nutrients in compact/dense soil and it doesn't have time to dry out/drain out you take the risk of burning. The soil itself looks pretty good nutrient wise(nice dark color), but be careful with your watering routine! keep those CFL's as close as possible!

as long as its not oversaturating the area with co2 its fine...i doubt it will produce enough to oversaturate :)

As far as watering goes...lift the pot after you water...in 2 days lift it again..if it still seems like it has some weight to it...hold off...its better to let it dry out to let oxygen get to the roots then it is to keep the medium saturated :)

cut some holes in the pots towards the bottom, make sure you only water when the bottom 2 inches are moist but not quite wet. and that looks like a burn so you might wanna flush so the developing nodes wont be effected.

also if your training it you might wanna pick off some of the fan leaves so you can get some air going by the branches.

IMG_0165.jpgIMG_0167.jpgIMG_0164.jpgIMG_0161.jpgIMG_0162.jpgso im still here trying to get some input, figured it would be better with some visual stimulation
so i got a little update here, along with a couple of questions
autoflower sweet dwarf in plastic cup, around two and a half weeks old on 24/0, im worried its growing to slow, but im not sure if thats her pace.. does it look right?
second off the potential sour d (bagseed mystery),its been 12 days since the flip (12/12)i let her loose from most of the lst and she stood right up,i also thinned her down a little bit... its almost showing flower, im not sure tho, what do you guys think?.... ive slowed down on the watering plus the nutrients, i know they have a couple signs of nute burn, but ive noticed some leafs turning upside down, why is this? is this bad? also a little bit of curling on the tips..the closet has no lightleaks nor i have messed with their schedule
finally, another mystery bagseed form some crazy indica my roommate has, this one has been about 3 and a half weeks 12/12 from seed, also a little nute burn showing but that was from a confusion during feeding in the first
they all go outside on sunny days such as today, but if not, they're inside in 79-82 degrees with low humidity, cfls and fans
thank you for your time and your input

im trying to determine the sex but its tough with the pics you have, get some nice closeups of the pre flowers. they are where the branches come off the main stalk.

only thing i want to know is why did you plant them so close to the side of the containre? you should be putting them as close to the middle as you cant.

yeah i dont know, it was this stupid technique i had in mind, in order to just bend them over when lsting and letting it grow across the pot instead of doing the circle/half circle technique

i'll try and get a better picture tomorrow of the pistils, my camera lens doesn't focus that great tho, or maybe its me hehe

also, is taking them outside a good idea? my roommate was saying it maybe wasn't good to confuse them with different spectrums, i figured that its good to have them in cfls inside when its when its rainy/cloudy or dark out, and then let it get direct sunlight when possible...also no pest problems or temp difference really
