New Grower, Twisting leaves

Hello, this is my first grow I have ever done. So I may be a bit crap at explaining things but I'll give it my best. I have a grow space of about 90x90x150. I have a cool tube and a 250w hps lights. I also have a 400w lumatek dimable electric ballast. For my Intake I have a 4 inch can fan and for my outtake I have a 6inch can fan. My temps have been sitting pretty well around 20-25 degrease. Although my humidity was sitting next around 25-30%. I am growing two critical kush and one skunk#1 I am on day 12 of my grow and I am running a 16:8 light cycle (lights on at night). One of my critical kush plants seems to be doing pretty well. Although my other two plans are twisting at the leaves. I looked up some stuff and I read that during the seedling stage the humidity should be around 50-60%. I'm not sure if this is my problem but I would be happy to hear some imput and happily listen to any suggestions. Thanks people, stay high!

Pic 2 is very suspicious .. a pic without the yellow hue is good

25-30% RH is low add a pot of water to vape off

but avoid any RH above 65% powdery mildew is endemic

I added a pot of water and also a humidifier, it was reaching 50% over night. Hopefully my leaves starts to look healthier in a few days.

I get buckled leaves in my 20-25% RH. Too much air circulation makes it worse. I wet a towel and lay it on the floor, or hang it. I'm journaling a grow right now and you can see I had the problem.

Photos under natural light would be better, to see the actual health of the leaves.

I'll take a photo when the light goes back on to give everyone a good view. How would you fix a problem of you much circulating air in a room? And I also have a pot of water in my room. My humidity has been above 40 due to my humidifier. Although when I woke up it was empty and it dropped to about 38%.

I have one of those $20 dimmer-like speed controllers. It doesn't work well on circulatory fans because it has a limited range (close to on/off). I can finesse it into a slower speed with some effort and luck. I direct the air against the floor or a wall to reduce the force of air hitting the plant, just general turbulence.

I've been thinking about putting the circulation fan on a timer. Mechanical timers have 15-minute steps. Maybe the digital timers have finer granularity. It would be nice to turn it on for 30 seconds, off for 30.

Lasko makes an Air-Stick personal tower fan. I like that because it's gentler than clip-on rotary fans. But, towers have digital controls. If there is a power outage they default to "off." I read about replacing the power switch with a mechanical switch. That's a lot of work just for a $20 fan. But, that little tower fits in places a rotary doesn't.

Right now I have my intake facing the wall and and my outtake does have a speed controller. I also have an oscillating fan flowing about a metre away from the plants. Again I'll take a photo as soon as the lights are on

Mine are also twisting. I just put a bow of water in there to bring up humidity mine has been in the 20s for the last few days. Any change on your leaves?
