My reccomendation for soil, Dolomite lime for cal mag and maxi-crop or any 0-0-0 kelp fertilizer without iron.

IMO those are not root bound...yet. The two smaller ones are lagging, not fully thriving. The bigger one will need a larger pot sooner. Not immediately. The benefit to wait till they are growing well again, is you can flush a 1 gallon pot way easier than a 5 gallon if need to.

As far a feeding, I don't know enough about whats happening to give well intentioned advice that might not fit your situation and end up detrimental.

PM looks controlled in this light.
Dont see burn, its the tacoing that looked like burn under blurple.
The texture, tacoing and slight chlorosis and weakling growth will correct itself with cal mag and airflow management.

The moisture and air its in has to move away from the plant and be replaced with less humid air. Ventilation some how some way.

So you bought 3 dehumidifiers, and many fans and have VPD and powdery mildew. You might need to create a space, a tent, a room somewhere where you can control and maintain temp, air movement and air exchange. Your exhaust air typically is warmer and higher RH than most incoming air. Using a dehumidifier in closed space works very well with exhaust and circulation fans.

Yea I hear. I live in an apartment but I have a nice size walk in closet. I jus bought a circulation fan today so I’m hoping it helps the dehumidifier. Now I have to figure out a way to vent the closet without making holes in the wall.

If hinged doors in closet, buy a cheap door to rehang. A lot on craigslist, many free too. Then you can cut vent and mount stuff to it.
Trickier if sliding. Use plywood as a gap on one side to mount stuff and make exhaust hole. Just some ideas.

I would really like to know the answer to this question! I'm pretty sure my plant has magnesium deficiency.
Likely too much mag. Epsom salts are a mild pH down buffer, but not much. Using "cal mag" should be thought out. There's nitrate, sulfate, hydroxide and carbonate formulation of cal mag. The type will affect pH.
Too much magnesium or potassium are usual excesses in cannabis growing. They have a stronger bond to the sites in the soil than calcium.
Safest cal mag to use is dolomite lime. As likely the soil pH is low too contributing to mag and other deficiencies.
