Yooooo what up guys, this is my second grow EVER kinda messed the first one up:/ but I’m TRYING. Just needed some advise on my grow maybe someone spots something I didn’t. My plant was getting a little tall And branches were getting uneven so I just made do with a Tomato cage to hold some down and I’m just unsure if I’m stressing the plant out by bending the branches this much. My goal is to have a pretty even Canopy but I don’t want to mess this up.

$krapy you're doing a good job, don't worry about stressing your plant - won't happen with bending.

If your just tying down your causing about the least amount of stress you can. Only downside is you end up with string EVERYWHERE. :)

Snap the stems. Not the main trunk stem but everything else. Squeeze the branch until you feel it collapse then bend it. If it breaks just wire it back together with a twistie. Do not tape it back together.

I top 3 times early and in a row. Leaves 8 main branches. After that I start snapping and shaping. Control canopy height and spread it out opening the center of the plant. You can do this until about the third week of flower.

Shape it like a wheel with 8 spokes.

At the point where you want to bend you can pinch the branch gently if young enough (collapses you inward). You can also run with a little pressure on each side, this will make it more plyable of needed. . Quite a few did things you can do

Thanks!!! I’ll do that to my younger plants I’ll Top them and bend them again Big Thanks to everyone who helped I seriously appreciate all the tips and tricks and will be using my new knowledge on future grows

Another problem unsure what to do I tried to spread out the branches where I topped and I split the main trunk this was a a while ago n I honestly expected it to Die but I just kept the same watering schedule and it’s got some new growth going I wrapped it with tape at the time despite seeing some stuff about it being bad not really sure what to do rn maybe I should just get rid of the plant entirely bc it’s pretty bad and I’m sure it’s going to effect it later :(
