Well here is my first attempt at growing since college.....WOW a lot has changed in the 10 years since I step away from university. I started these guys under a CFL shop light that was lying around and planted them in 2 quart planting tubs. HOWEVER, today I transplanted them into grade A organic potting soil and upgraded the pots. I also added some worm castings and vermiculite to the soil mix. I also upgrade the CFL shop light to two 100 watt CFL bulbs.
The plan is to continue to upgrade/add more lights as $$$ increases due to another part time job.
4 out of 5 seeds germinated and sprouted fantastic. However, 1 did not and I have now named it Tiny Tim. Instead of throwing him away I have decided to let him grow.....
Oh yeah I know some of you might get annoyed that I refer to my plants in the masculine term instead of feminine, but until the start to the flower they will be male.
The seeds are a hawiian blend!
