you dont need to feed just yet, they is plenty food in the soil for now.
i wouldnt use inc, lights they really dont work.
you need a clf or flos for now, you can get from the diy shop.
or the window sill would be better until you get a light sorted.
i wouldnt waste my time with the light your using, you need a proper light very soon.
were you from?>.

Don't add any nutes for at least 2 weeks and when u do start off lower than the recommended dose and slowly work your way up. As for the light most people say at least 100watts per plant, hope that helps.

i live in pa and im growing indoors.
i used a miracle grow potting mix.
im thinking about adding a manure and hummis mix that will help with the areation of the soil when i transplant it to the bigger pot.
what kind of soil is good??

FoxFarm Ocean Forest seems to be the most highly recommended "commercial" soil.

you need a proper light with in the next weeks or so, inc. light will only stretch your plant it wont grow prop.
any soil mixed with 1/4 perlight will be ok.
but used soil isnt very good.

There are mainly two diffrent colours of cfl's one colour for veg and one for flowering. For veg you want at a bulb with a high color temperature 6500k usually called daylight bulb and for flowering you want one with a lower colour temprature 2700k usually called soft white bulb.

Ok i gots to go out, will check in and see if you have anymore questions later on, hope your grow goes well!

Can't really advice without pics sorry. But think of it this way better off having a plant a little bit stretched than being burnt to a crisp by being to close to the light, that's how i look at it anyway. When your plant gets a bit bigger and stronger you can always move the light closer that's what i did. Just a suggestion.
