New grower need help!

I am a new grower i have 2 plants growing in my closet under a 100watt flurosent bulb. I water the plants ever 2-3 days or every 3-4 days depending on how damp the soil is. i put tin foil up around my walls surrounding the plants but im not sure if there growing right. i have been growing them for about 3 weeks now and they look a little small compared to the other plants i have seen on the site. If any one can give me some tips or tell me if my plants are good or not it would help alot.

yes there looking very small for 3 weeks and is the bulb 100 actual watts or a 23 watt r sumting man ?

Your light should be as close as you can get it without overheating the leaves which for a 23 watt bulb tip forward is almost touching. What spectrum is that bulb, it should be 6500 K my guess is it's not.
Yes your plants are tiny for 3 weeks. They should be watered when almost bone dry not every 2 or 3 days.
Time to feed them if you haven't yet

you might be better off taking off that tin foil... creates obscure light spectrum... find something white, it reflects light well, your grow project is similar to mine i have six growing and they are a little under three weeks old and are a little larger than yours but i have had a lot of trial and error. search for jorge cervantes ultimate gown 1 on youtube it helps a lot
