New Grower in need of advice on nutrients

Hey everyone, I’ve recently started my second cycle after failing my first one, first one was outdoors and due to multiple factors, but especially a insane heatwave here where I live the plants did not survive.
Anyways I’ve started my second cycle indoors with a 120w bavagreens qb with uv and red supplements,
However I’m having a really hard time with a nute deficiency, I’m thinking mag, however it could also be ph, since I haven’t tested it, i already bought a ph pen And I’m waiting for the delivery, if it is indeed a ph problem how do i regulate my soil without having to move my plant?
The plant is about a month and a half old and it’s growing on pit moss + perlite + hummus + compost.

its been really discouraging cuz I can’t find any concise info about on how to proceed, would very much apreciate the help

Gotta wait on the PH pen to diagnose it.

Next grow. Stabilize your soil before planting. Make sure it's within your ph target.

Yeah, will do that, I will probably switch to use coco coir and perlite for the next grow.
Anyway. Is there a way to correct the soil’s ph without removing the plant?

What kind of nutes you recommend? I’m thinking about getting the gh flora kit, should I also get cal mag? Or it’s not needed?
What's your objective? If organic, top dress. If you wanna go synthetic, buy some bottled nutes. Gh flora series is great although I use it in hydro. Jacks is really good as well, but it's salts that you have to weigh out. Fox farm might be the route you should take. Calmag if needed.

Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.
Getting your essential items before starting your grow is the best practice, when you have done that start some new plants and you will have fun growing instead of being discouraged.

Well, as they say is through mistakes that you learn,
I’ve heard of people growing without using any nutes, I thought I could do that because of the organic nutrient rich parts I added to the soil.

and since growing, from what I researched, is a very subjective experience, and people’s opinion differ on many topics. What do you think it’s essencial?

Well I think the only nutes I could easily get where I live is the gh flora kit, seeing it’s a very grey market here
Thank you very much for the throughout answer, it’s really nice to see people that are willing to help for a change, really appreciate man.
Anyway my main goal with these first attempts is to learn, anyway, since it’s bagseed I could toss it, however it’s not something I look forward to.
What’s your opinion, do you agree with the users that are saying that it will amount to nothing even if I try to correct it? Or you think i might still be able to savage some buds out of this plant?

Your welcome. I don't have a ton of experience, but I'm willing to help with what I know. I believe it may be possible to still get something from them, but don't have high hopes on getting a huge yield. I can't say I've seen soil like yours yet. Looks a lil dry. Gh nutes are great for hydro but it'll take a lil trial and error to tweak them. At this point, you don't wanna do any more damage. Id get a good dry base nute, ewc, and perlite, and top dress it.

Your soil is the problem. Get a better medium such as promix or Coco or some kind of potting soil. If you transplant it and then veg for about two weeks it will start to straighten out, as ong as you maintain proper pH and don't over feed

Yes that's all true but I don't believe op's able to get any. If oo can I would try build a soil. It's a lil pricey but good stuff. Fox farm and roots organic could be cheaper if op can find locally?
