New grower can someone tell me if I’m over watering or what?

Looks over watered. Dont water on a schedule, pick the pot up, if it feels light, its ready for water, if it feels heavy and wet, wait.

Depending on how much the water evaporates, but yes should recover fine aslong as you lower the amount of water going into the soil/coco.

Just stop watering on a schedule. Pick the pot up. If its about the weight it was when you filled it with dry medium, water it. If its heavy, wait.

Its coco. That plant is big enough to water until fully saturated.

That looks like straight up coco with no perlite in the mix, it stays mushy for a while.
More perlite, leads to more draining, more feeding, more root growth.
I’ve already got clay pebbles in.. won’t that help?

Never used coco before but what can help you dry the plant out is making sure that you have the right temps so the plant does what its suppose to do. I'm sure that you have heard here that LED require a warmer climate than when using HPS/MH or CMH Might help others if you share what kind the environment you are growing in. I know from growing in soil it makes all the difference in the world. Not saying my plant is perfect but I can tell by her reaction when I get it closer to right than wrong.. Good luck!

Sure, anything helps. Probably not as much as perlite at the same ratio but you forgot to include the ratio.
I water like a motherfucker, so I need lots of perlite, like 40-50%
Good point, may be cold and taking for friggin ever to dry out, VPD may be more your issue.
Lights' temps' humidity, medium ratios would help.
