2 y 4 tent
Ecosystem 6 pot top feed(13 g. res.)
4 White Widow Autos
Well water@ 112PPM.
Ph 6.4 After adding GH3pt. @ 1/4 strengh(for new seedlings)
Total PPm=486(with 112 well water in total)
Res. temp-68
Tent Temp- avg.77
Rh-30%
So plants are 3" and starting 2nd set of leaves- do I need to add nute level or how long to wait.PPM after - water=374 PPM and on 13 g. res. how much to add?

What medium are you using? If it's not soil than 6.4 pH is a bit high.

Agreed,Mick- more like 5.5-5.8? I using Hydrotron-Trying to find right PPM level, then adjust final ph

Everything sounds perfect except maybe the rh, 30% is low, especially for a young seedling. GH 3 part is a good nutrient, but might I suggest that you ditch the grow and just use the bloom and micro - the lucas formula - grow is not needed. As far as nute strength, I go by feel - I charge my coco with 1/8 strength, water with 1/4 strength and increase as the plant grows.

I agree, Mick- Just added 1 gal. ph water-res. is now @ 6.2- ppm after subtracting water ppm(100)= 400 ppm-temp in tent running 75-80 Rh avg.s 40% , but seems it should be higher with top drip.Still dialing in but all good so far. Lowered my Led's around 6" to get a Lux reading of 39,000 Lumens and put 6" fans on low to stiffen up stalks. They are getting 2nd set of real leaves and looking good. Thanks for all your feedback. Plan to go with the Lucas Formula on res. change and add some hydroguard.

Next grow will be in 4 by 8 tent with 600 watt mh/hps and 4 DWC buckets- with photo period seeds- shooting for perpetual garden but gotta learn to crawl before walking.

Are you sure 6" from the plants is a safe distance for an led? I know I put my t5's that close but they're not led's.

The lights were lowered 6" from top of tent where I had them(sorry for the confusing statement) They are still At least 24" over plants(don't want to light burn the Babies) Using Lux meter to determine height (40,000- 75,000) being the acceptable range. Got them in the 38,000 range.Led puts out almost no heat, but intensity can fry them..Figure the low humidity might be due to having a small space heater running in order to keep temps up( I'm in a fairly cool basement) Thought it would boost it due to drip system, So many variables but I enjoy problem solving

Big greenhouse Day!-Spent time erecting 4' by 8' by 6.5' tent- not easy on your own(lol)-that was after cleaning all the crap that has accumulated over 3 years and making space-long story longer, setup 600 mh/ hps light, 4 bucket DWC system and tended to my Babies. Today: ppm 400-tent temp-79 deg., RH-50%-ph-5.6(after adjustments)

can anyone tell me whats up with plant file#1919 & 1920? Its the runt of the litter and might have given it too much light too soon -It germinated 3 days behind the others-think it will be fine.! curlying leaf and slight tip burn. Figure sunburn- burning close to Gal. per 1 1/2 days PPm dropped hard to less than 400, so did minor addback to 13 gal. res. Will be doing fresh change when I hit 50% water add with fresh nutes- just don't want any lock

Planning on going with 3 600 watt mh/hps in the big tent eventually- but will have to add dedicated power w/20 amp breaker just for lights- probably start with 2 for now-Will have 8 DWC buckets for this play- power is a bitch 1200 wts/120 volts= 10 amps+ 240 cfm fan times 2+ 4 four way pumps ( 2 airstones pr.bucket} Need a few grows to fuel the power bill

Plants in system 10 days- started germ on 12/14- transferred to system on 12/17- After addback, all is well-Rh-55,Temp.-73,PPM-465,ph- 5.9 . These girls can Drink!( gal. per day) Roots are getting crazy and clean white. Made cardboard covers for net pots today to help with water loss(evaporation) so hopefully won't have to keep adding so much water.These White Widow Autos are like New England girls-Short ,wide, and full of life LOL
Got my other 2 lights today, but need to get electrician in to run 2 more outlets. 1 20 amp(for 3 600 watts and another for all else(fans,pumps,etc.)

Also got my lights in the big tent-now check out configuration- 8- 4 gal DWC setup. Probably set up 2 vertically, instead of whats in pic. So 8 pots- 2 600 watt M/h, Still need to add more electric(20 Amp) for 3, can get by with 15 amp. for 2 with fans,pumps,etc.

I have 1 runt that probably got light burn,last to hatch, rough childhood-get over it! The rest are small, medium, large , all going for 4th node 8 Days after putting in system! Pays to do your research on this forum. Have 2 Led sitting 14" over-getting 18/6. These are Auto's-. I know alot are promoting 24/0 or 20/4 for autos but ALL plants need a dark period for photosynthesis to work(my 2 cents worth) minor in Botany @ UT years ago.Anyway(puff} pics of 4 by 8 by 6'6" tent(could of called this a Studio Apt. back in'72

4 weeks in- This has been a learning experience LOL-from snapping branches( low stress training my Ass) to light burn, to wind burn(fans too close) -now crowding issues- 1st 2 to germinate are at 17 1/2" -2 two (on left) much shorter, but going strong. Led on tall plant is maxed out for ht. so hopefully flower time soon(these are Autos) Could still gain 6 more" on height(just re-configure suspension)
