New grow using Greenrush Farms genetics as well as new setup.

Been a little while but im jumping back into growing. I figured I'd start a grow journal since I'm using complete new setup and genetics from previous grows I've documented. First off I switched away from the ecogrow power grower top drip systems and have gone with active aqua dwc buckets with airstones. Too many pluggage issues with old systems as well as not liking all the algea that formed on the hydroton and lower stalks where they met the media. I already love the amount of o2 the roots can get with new system. Root growth in 1 week has been impressive. I lost my connection to prior clones however I'm very impressed with my new supplier so far. It's a business out of Michigan called Greenrush Farms. Clones had great initial root develop and were extremely healthy with no signs of any pests or mildew. The were started in Rockwool cubes and came in solo type cups in soil surrounding the Rockwool. I'm always a little concerned removing from dirt and transplanting into my hydroton systems but they took to it extremely well. They showed minor shock from 24 to 48 hours after transplant but then perked right up and are now beginning to grow wonderfully. I am again using the complete feeding line of remo nutrients using RO water. Currently running ph about 6.0 and tds 400ish. Almost ready to start pushing them a little harder. I have them under t5 flouros now and will be moving to final grow area pretty soon where I will be trying led for the first time. I've always been an hps grower but purchased a Mars hydro fc8000 to grow out these 6 babies. The strains are 2 each of strawberry runtz, cherry lime runtz, and glass. The first picture is day 1 after transplant, second is a week later showing beginning growth, and the last 2 show root development so far. Hopefully I provide some info that helps whether it be through my mistakes or success. Ill be updating regularly.

Its been 3 days since my initial post and I thought I'd throw an update out. Today the girls made the move out of the tent and into the big room and under the fc8000 for the first time. I also pushed the nutes a bit harder today. They are sitting at 6.0 ph and 800 tds right now. I'm getting a par meter in the mail any day so I can completely dial in the lighting to their needs. For now I have it 36 inch above canopy at 100%....ill adjust when I have par meter. From left to right they are the cherry lime runtz, then glass, then the strawberry runtz on the right. For some reason the CLR are taking off a bit quicker. I do Plan on topping once or twice and doing some pruning and training through a trellis when the time is right. So far I am very happy with greenrush farms clones! I'll keep updating as I go

We were really happy with green rush. We grew Sour ZkittleZ, Dosi-Woah!, Power Skunk, and Early Lemon Berry from there. 12 plants in hempy, 8 flower and 4 mothers that I kept cloning for over a year to keep my peeps growing. Really good pheno hunted weed. You will like

Great to hear! I will take clones from all six so if I have any absolute keepers Ill have them. Nice to hear from another michigan area grower!

It's now been 2 weeks since the day I brought the clones home. Quite a bit of progress in that time. This week I have topped twice, did some minor defoliation, and got the pvc frame setup so I could get the trellis nets set. I set the low net right into the growth and did some spreading out of branches. The higher net is about 18 inches higher and I will hopefully get everything spread out to full canopy as they grow into it. Nutrients are being slowly increased with no negative signs. Currently at 900ish tds. Ph is still 6.0. I have the lights 20 on 4 off currently and running very evenly over entire canopy at between 475 and 500 mol/m2/s...

Today was the benchmark flip day... 3 weeks from receiving the clones. I want say how impressed I am with these genetics from greenrush farms. They took off from day one. I figured 4 weeks minimum to flower when I got them but they are definitely ready to fill this canopy. Tonight is the first darkness they've seen....I flushed nutrients and will begin the remo notes flower feeding next. I have to say the led and these active aqua grow buckets have sold me over my old hps and top drips along with this new cone source. Can't wait for the next phase!

Just an update....1week into flower now and canopy is pretty even. I've done a lot of under the skirt cleaning and have tried to stay on top of keeping budsites uncovered to receive as much light as possible.
