New grow tent, exhaust and intake, need recommendations on brand

You'll need a decent sized humidifier to bring that up to an acceptable range for the room. I have a medium sized one just outside my passive intake and it can increase ambient humidity about 15-20% at best. That's for a 4*4. Trying to humidify a much larger tent will take a decent sized unit or multiple small units at each intake. You're looking for 55-65% humidity in veg, even higher with babies, so 30% is going to be tough.

I would hope two would work if you put them right by the passive intakes. Mine will let me down if I have to run the AC for a long time as that's just too dry of an air to compensate for. They catch up pretty quick once the AC shuts off and I am rarely have to run my air for that long luckily. I live in the mountains and have lots of shade to keep the house cool.

I am going to be getting a new tent, the one I have was bought used (lesson learned). I went cheap on the ventilation setup and will be replacing that as well. I want to add an intake since the room is closed 90% of the time. I will be putting this in my office, east-facing, and upstairs. I can exhaust into my attic but intake will be from the room itself. I will have 2 or 3 1000w lights running. I have looked at AC Infinity, Vivosun, and Spider Farm.

My questions are what is the better 8x4 grow tent?

What is the required CFM of the exhaust and intake?

Currently using a 6x6 in an 11x13 room the window area is basically just dead space. Venting from tent through closet and out. Hardwood floor, the house stays between 74 and 78 degrees during summer and winter. The room does get to about 83ish and unfortunately, I have to keep the door closed. The humidity is about 30%. The room does get direct sunlight from mid-day to sunset(4-7 I think I'll track it tomorrow). computer doesn't create much heat. Airflow is pretty bad when closed. I live near a freeway so dust/dirt are going to be a factor.
If I have left anything out please let me know and I'll update accordingly.
