New Grow Space, New Enviroment

Howdy All, Had a sucessful first grow in the mountains of AZ and now have relocated
to America's Heartland.

I have a well house that is 16x12, concrete block walls, concrete floor w/drain. Well Water
and electricity. Currently has styrofoam on walls and ceiling. Since monitoring temps this month
stays 48-54 degrees inside.

Starting off with a down and dirty (2) soil auto/scrog grow in a corner just to get started w/ a 250 HPS?MH
CF and fan.

I would like to use 10x12 as a scrog grow area, would like to clone, veg and flower. using fem Trainwreck to start

My big idea was to make a bucket/screen on a rolling plate, and just roll from the veg room to the flower.
figure I need a clone area, veg and flower area. Use the 250w as a veg lite and purchase a dimmable 600w for flower.

I'm not having a brainstorms as to how to lay out the area. Closet in the corner for the auto run will be 2x4x6.5. Use that for the next veg and build a 6x4x6.5 flower area? How 'air tight' do I want the areas, besides intake vent, do I want the areas to control enviro variables?

If i were you id get some tents!

Theyre nice and light tight so you can have several different light cycles in the same room with multiple tents.

look at something like this for the flower

http://www.accesshydroponic.com/reflective-interior-48x48x79-inch-hydroponic-grow-tent-box.html

Its a good one that can hold a 600 with room to spare.

also i wouldnt recommend the dimmable. Youd never use it and only really need one if you have one grow space to veg/flower in and only one light.

they wear out your bulbs quick too.

id us the closet as the mother/clone box

get a tent for veg thats 3x3x http://www.accesshydroponic.com/reflective-interior-32x32x63-inch-hydroponic-grow-tent.html#.USZotKWTiM4

and the other tent for flower.

Looking at Panda film to build the areas and 1x2's, buying tents is not in the budget.

Made a small 2x4 area and during trial, temps are too low right now 60 degrees.

low temps? Use foil covered foam sheets. They come in 4x8 foot sizes and make great light reflectors as a bonus, use a little aluminum duct tape to build any shape box you need. Want a door, vent, cord inlet? Cut it out in 10 seconds, make a mistake? Tape it back up :-)

The only down size is the insulation does tend to keep things a little warm, so think extra fans and make sure you suck warm air out the top.

Well I threw a small electric heater in the pump house and raised the ambient temp 10 degrees, which got me up to 70 in the closet.
This is looking more and more like a ghetto grow for the new space ;)

that was my thought down the road,Mack.
This is my 2nd grow, 1st in the new location, a friends clones the first time, seeds this time around.
I have this beautiful new space to work with and build and would like to work into a perpetual grow.

Coming outa the closet lol, I get confused when I see rooms that have excess space around their plants. Is that the way to go for a flower area?

Thanks for the help Folks

Extra space means better control of temps and easier to work within the room without having to play Tetris at watering time.
