Going to need a lot more information here fella. Let's start with these three, arbitrarily selected inquiries.
What is the climate like in your location?
Is the shed insulated? What are the electrical capabilities?

insulated yes in process of doing all that and adding another circuit and mini split , climate now is cold as balls in rhode island and I came up with 65 sq feet for flower room 4x5 veg space need 3250 for watts . how many leds

Depends on lights, but probably 4 lights in flower if you run 4x8 trays.
what do you mean 4x5 veg space needs 3250 watts?

For a 6x10 I'd do 6-8 and a little training.
You could cram 12 in there if you plan to keep them small for a faster turnaround.
I've had 12 plants fill a 10x10 to the point I could not longer get inside it.

the calculation I came up was 66 square ft x 50 is 3250. An I have a4x4 area for veg

how many led lights an not a shit one either

Yea like to get least 9-10
12 would be nice but work what with I have . I have height , so instead of short an fat , thinking tall an long since it has high ceiling. I can adjust height from 6 ft to 15 ft.

Ok so with the understanding that alone, LEDs is too broad of a description, narrow things down to quality LEDs.

30-40w per square foot of said quality LED for flowering purposes will get the job done.
Looking for roughly half of that amount to VEG adequately I'd say.
I am looking to invest so I lhave been looking a kind lights and few other like it ?Just don’t wanna amazon junk

Look at HLG for lights, The new 550 r-specs are supposed to be the shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiz,
just a bit of advice tho stop asking how many lights u need and begin with how many lights you can afford. you sya your looking to invest, thats good, it means you know youre gonna spend a shit ton on lights, so now lets work out how much of a shit ton, for example the fore-mentioned HLG550's run 900-1k each. HLG suggests a 4x4 flowering space per HLG550, so whats the dimensions of your flower area? how many can you afford to start out?

Flower area 66sq ft x50 = 3250i can spend about 1500-2k on lights
where the hell is the 50 coming from and stop answering in terms of square footage, youve said the square footage several times, im asking for the dimensions, as in length x width, you said its a 6x10 shed, so what is the length x width of the area within that that you will be flowering in? no one can help you figure out how many of what lights to buy in your price range if you cannot provide the proper information.

wait a minute are you trolling... a 6x10 shed is only 60sq feet... how the hell is your flower area 66sq feet....

if the shed is 12x12 what i would do is wall off (or use a tent) a 4x8 section, you can get 2 HLG550's within your price range which will light that space perfectly. you can do plenty of plants in a 4x8, 8 large plants is the way id go personally but you could 12 mid size or do up to 32 smaller ones if you wanted to. This is just my two cents but you're not really gonna find a better lighting option for cheaper unless you wanna sacrifice quality. I would personally wall the space off rather than tent since you have such a nice high ceiling but one way or another youll want the flower area enclosed from the rest of the shed so your not wasting light. plus you could always modify the walls you build to make more room for when you can afford more lights.
