My wife and I ended up moving to a place were I had no attaic space and I also purchased a 600w MH Digi growlight. Due to all of this (New location + the heat from the lamp) I was forced to reconstruct my grow box from a closed unit to a partially reflective more open setup but honestly I like it better.
It needs a small AC unit or something. it gets hot and humid. I am pulling fresh air in from a hole in the shed by a blower fan from an inflatable xmas decoration. And venting it freely outside by another hole. Also I have a stove top vent fan system bolted on above the MH light.
Lights:
1- 125watt 2,700k Full Spec. CFL.
1- duel 19watt 6,500k Full Spec LED.
1- 14watt 2,700k Warm Spec. CFL.
1- 600watt 6,500k Full Spec Metal Halide Ipower fixture w/digital ballast.
My questions are...
Will temps at about 85°f ish hurt bud growing at 70 °f - 75°f. Also the humidity was very normal. But I am worried about herming them or killing them with heat. The MH fixture ussually stays @ 50% power. But im stilled worried with the heat from the light. And is the Cfl too close to them. The old store bought coil bulbs had to bed damn near touching but this is 125 wat compared to 10 watts lol.
