New grow room setup, aeroponics, have a few questions

i have a few questions about a grow room i am designing. the pictures below are some to scale drawings i have made of the room. First i will explain my setup. I have a 6.5'x6.5'x6'5' grow tent. Inside i have two Digital Inline Air Cooled 600W lights with both MH and HPS bulbs. I will be growing in a 5.5'x5.5'x2.5' aeroponic system that i will be building. The aeroponic system is 5x 5', 6" pvc, and will be holding 8 plants per tube with a total of 40 plants. I will be powering the aeroponic system with a 1000 gph pump and each plant will have 2 micro jet sprayers one inch away from the plant, one on either side. The lights, exhaust/air intake, hydroponic system will all be runned by C.A.P extreme greenhouse controller (http://www.discount-hydro.com/productdisp.php?pid=393&navid=6). Also in the room i will have a bucket of co2 booster (a alll natural co2 booster) that will be conected to a fan which blows directly on plants. This bucket will also be connect to the Greenhouse Controller, this will be to shut off the co2 booster while the exaust is running.

Alright now the questions I have are what type of fans do i get for the exaust and the air intake, My air intake will have to run 25 feet to a window so i know i need alot of ducting. But i dont know what fan to buy. Also i dont know what to buy for the exhaust. My lights have a 4" duct for the air cooling. My tent has 4 duct holes, 2 on the top and top on the bottom. I want to use one on the bottom for the air intake and one on top for the exhaust. So i am hoping that i can just use one exhaust fan for both lights without it being to loud. It you think that will be to loud i will use seperat fans for each light. also i heard to humidify your room all you have to do is intake fresh air, is this true? thank you for your help i hope you all can understand this, if not just ask.

FYI, threads get more answers if you stick one type of question.

You need inline fans like Vortex or a SunLeaves Wind tunnel. Don't screw around with any other type of fans like bathroom vent, etc.

How big? Depends on the ambient temps, your tolerance for noise and the size of your carbon filter. You can vent both lights with one fan no problem. I would guess maybe something in the 400-500 cfm range and a Speedster so you can then back the fan down to find the sweet spot for noise and cooling levels.

For the rest of the tent, you have about 274 cubic feet - so a 400-500 cfm hooked to a Speedster running at half speed would be fairly quiet and still vent your room once a minute. Fresh air in the tent on the bottom and suck the hot air out through the top vent.

good work on doing it yourself! one thing to look at is the depth of ur pots, to the depth of the pipe after u drill the 3.5" hole, you may not have enough room below the edges of the pipe and the bottom of the pot.

a general aeroponic/hydroponic question:
say you have a non-fine spraying aero system using pvc tubes in the way that most people do. in this configuration there is almost no air exchange inside the tube. is this a problem?
obviously it would always be beneficial to provide more fresh air to a root zone but would this parameter worth the design hassle?
