New grow help please.

Hi guys, i just set up my first personal grow, 4 strains, 20 auto’s in a 2m x 3m tent. 4 X 630w lumatek CMH Lights (set to 80%) 40” above the 5gallon fabric pots. I’m growing in coco perlite ±= 70/30 c/p, and ive got A couple concerns if you would mind helping me... So my plants are now 7 days old from planting, and I’m a bit worried about the lack of growth that I’ve gotten from them... after looking online it doesn’t look like they’re big enough. The leaves also appear a more yellowy tinge towards the base of the leaf, then going dark green. Also, one of them is very very droopy and another one has brown tiny brown spots on it. The rest seem okay. Ive been watering semi regularly basically whenever the top inch dries up with a watering can, leaving them all of yesterday... and today i decided to give them all cal mag and floro trio nutes of course at a much lower strength. The temperature has been constant at around 23-24 degrees, dropping to 21 one night, Humidity around 35% with a humidifier, and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong as i thought they’d be doing much better. Please help a noob. Many thanks.

Quite small but healthy.
You can expect slow growth when you start small seedlings in large pots.
Why did you start with autos?

I started with autos because I figured it would be a quicker and easier grow with less maintenance.
So seedlings in larger pots grow slower do they?

You have to wait for the root base to develop before the foliage explodes , so yes big pots take longer which is why people up pot photo plants

Hm, and any ideas about why the seedlings leaves are drooping? Seems like the one next to it has started too... I only water the coco twice a day when the top cm or so is dry ? Thanks

Just let them do their thing
Staring at seedlings is a waste of time you can only wait

'Water less when they are so small

Why would you only water the top centimeter?

Lift pots
I think you have them drowning

Autos aren't that much quicker, and they are far from easier with less maintenance.
The only thing easier is you don't have to change the light schedule........something you could train a chimp to do.
The downside for beginners is autos have a pre-determined life that you have no control over..........any slowdown in growth due to beginner mistakes, will result in a poor yield.
Photos on the other hand are controlled by the light schedule, and should any newbie problems occur..........you have time to resolve any issues.
And I'd like to kill the guy that advocates starting autos in large pots..........just a stoner myth.
Here are some 7 day old seedlings grown in coco and started in small containers for a comparison to yours.

Those are fine. Water your whole pot so the roots spread out

Well, im just hoping that they will shoot up in the next few weeks or so. At least everyone here thinks they’re healthy. Thanks for your help.
