Started with 10 seeds of each, ended up with 10 Bubbs and 8 NL, under 400w MH for 6-7 weeks then 400w HPS. Soil is Sunshine Mix #2 (very impressed with this mix), General Hydroponics MaxiGrow nutes (half strength for now), light cycle is 20/4.
Pics are week 1,week2, week 2 light setup and week 3 closeup
Hopefully I'll end up with 12 females out of the 18 (the number I'm allowed to grow). :)
They're in 1 gallon pots for now, then will transfer to 5 gallon once the males are removed.
Pushing the limits of what can be done with a 400w light for sure, we'll see.

lookin stellar. good work man.
what kind of fans do you have for that MH, and what is the temperature like? do you find the 400w HPS hotter or cooler? and is that a switchable light or do you have a seperate system for HPS?
lots of questions lol im scribed :weed:

I just have one 4" inline duct fan, mounted on the ceiling (hot air naturally goes up, so it works pretty good, enough so that the exterior of the hood is cool to the touch). I have a switchable ballast, havent noticed a temp difference btwn the MH and HPS. I have a remote wireless temp/humidity sensor that i watch also. That pot of water sitting there btwn the 6" fan and the plants really helps with humidity levels believe it or not, like 3-4% increase. Very dry air here, specially in the winter.
