new collective in royal oak

on 4th st near main in royal oak there is a small building with a sign that says something to effect of "coming soon: a new collective for patients and caregivers". anyone have any info? I think its pretty ballsy to try this in ro, but it would be great if it works out as I could ride my bike to this place...

I know leo in the area is pretty openly against the medical scene, but with the current laws I just dont see something like that getting funded. I guess its not impossible the feds might try it. I hope not...

my lady and I rode our bike by the place last night, looks like they are making progress on the interior. the sign they have up looks like a high school kid made it... hopefully they step their game up and open a classy place where I can feel good about bringing my overages.
