I heard the white cobs are better for flowering and the yellow ones are for veg. These are the beasts I use with great results.

But ultimately need more info than that what your grow area 2x4 4x4 something else? are you going for a veg/flower setup or separate veg/flower? not really possible to answer your question with just COBS. Have you done any research?
