New clone under flowering lights?

So I have a flower tent and a veg room setup sadly my ballast has gone for my veg room with my 6 day old clones and suppliers out of stock until the 30th would my clones be ok under the flower lights for 2 weeks?

It sounds like you are using an LED for the vegetative tent/room and HPS for the flowering tent/room. I suggest that you keep the humidity at 80% if the clones have not rooted yet , in all honesty I have grow seedlings under 600w HPS and had cloned under the light. There is not a lot to worry about, main factors are the distance of the light from the clones and the humidity.
Hope this helps! :bigjoint:

Ive sprouted seeds under a 1000w hps.

Me too, hundreds of them. I've put as many or even more freshly rooted clones directly under a 1kW HPS lamp.

Overkill on the electricity by a few miles if seedlings are all you've got in there though.

Typically I start seedlings in one of my 400W tents.

So i can use like 24 strips 3000k in a 4x4 tent for seedlings? All i have to do is keep them at high level?
I don't grow with LED's so I can't comment on height. I also prefer 6500k for seedlings and veg. You can use 3000k if that's what you have.

I've been forced for short periods to veg with a 2700k HPS in the past. Found the plants grow just fine, but I didn't like the extra stretch that comes with not having more of a veg spectrum in there.

I've heard that the 3100k CMH bulbs work not bad for veg, but again, I'd expect to lose some of the short compactness I get with a more appropriate bulb for the veg period.

These were under 3100k CMH the whole time. I thought they stayed pretty compact before the stretch. They stretched a bit during flower, but I also had a bigger temperature differential than I do now.

Nice! Thanks for the feedback about a full 3100k grow. I've read about people running the CMH throughout, but haven't gone out of my way to really look into it at all.

I love the CMH lights alone. But I also like mixing LED with CMH. CMH makes really frosty nugs, but I got 1/2 lb off a plant once with CMH and LED.

CMH alone. Bodhi's Pura Vida.
