New Clone need Advice , have pic !

Is the rain water cold? Is the area the clone is in cold? Looks like that may be the issue, or over watering.

you could be over watering
do you have good drainage holes in the bottom of the cup??
also the clear cup can be killing roots that hit the light.
also its getting big enough that you should transplant soon
make sure you let the dirt fully dry out and pull away from the sides of the cup before trying to pull it out!

Good drainage, and the water is always room tempeture . I use the sun from about 7 am to about 6pm then at 2 oclock my light turns on for a hour then shuts off for 10 then turns back on for a hour so on so fourth till 7am. I use a tanning light which gives off UV i have two fans in there too so I know heat isn't the issue .

heavy on the bark in soil can do this to plants.
cover the clear pot to shade the roots.
go easy on the water or only top off with water
if needed and let the lower portion of the soil dry out
a little as in moist.
if water is not the problem then try a light flush.
if you just planted it might wilt then rise by the next day.
use cfl's.
if there is sufficient water in the soil then don't mist the plant.
if your using used soil then change the soil with some fresh
or recondition the used soil.
make sure you are using rich dark soil with some perlite.
mix some seaweed/kelp liquid extract with your next feeding/watering.
the rainwater might have acid in it?

extremely cheap to run home depot have the 100watt (23 actual watts used) 5600k or 5000k daylight bulbs
at $$11.00 for a four bulb pack. in veg, use only
daylight bulbs and the sun if you get a chance
and a transplant would be great!

She looks way overwatered. Don't transplant that yet, till you have more of a root mass. Wrap something around the pot till she's ready for transplant. Probably a week or so. Roots don't like light. Good Luck!
