New CFL lighting experiment

So i was laying in bed lastnight stoned and this poped in my head, a design on useing CFL's to their maximum useage....the design is kinda poorly drawn because i simply use the paint program. but it gives you the idea of what im talking about, wha are your thoughts??????see, i have like these lil mini walls that can hold....well as guess as many cfl's you want to put on their, but it wraps around the plant and i was thinking also have one hanging down from the top also...

Take advantage of anything you can do diff with your growroom, such as that...nice work! That kind of thing would work well in mini-grows, totes and whatnot
