New CFL grow using Miracle-Gro African Violet Potting Mix in 6" pots

made it to home depot today and got my ph/light/moisture gauge. the light part of it reads lumens i believe, the gauge goes between 0 and 2000, it read about 1800, so i guess that is good, ph read just a little over 6, which seems right, and that the soil is wet, like 10, max just uder the suface. so i will spread out the watering some. i can see now how easy it is to overwater.

the new bean is up and has now spread its 1st 2 leaves since 8 am this morning, this 1 is 4 days behind the other. the temps down to 82 with the new 6" oscillating fan blowing on the lights. looks like things are going pretty smooth right now as long as i dont screw up the watering thing. LoL.

hell yeah, thats sweet, cant wait till i get that far, LoL. heres mine at 5 days and just 30 hours old, cool, high hopes for growing this time. if all goes well, then i will get the purple seeds.:bigjoint:

thanks man, to bad its just bag seeds, my luck theyll both be males, LoL. but this is just a practice run for the good stuff.

yeah i know, sounds like some good shit. just wish i would have started some fine ladies had i known the soil grow was gonna go so well. looks like i'll have to wait on the hydro thing for a while, LoL.

i need to hook you up with someone dumb like my friend...lol he buys all the killer strains online then doesn't know how to tell males from females and gets me all kinds of kick ass seeds .. im pretty hooked on these skunks tho...i love em :bigjoint:

hell yeah, LoL, all we get around here is some decent mids, and when people do have good skunk or hydro, there are no seeds, LoL.

well in the last 15 years i have yet to get killer weed around here...that is originally why i started growing myself...my shit is always better then anything going around here its all mids mostly too because everyone gets all hurried wanting to sell it and don't let it Finnish out...when i got a batch ready tho all my smoking buddy's get to sniffing around big time tho...they know where the DANK is lol.. too bad for them im greedy and like to burn mine :bigjoint:

heres the plants at day 6 for old bean and day 2 for new bean, they look pretty healthy and temps have been good. as far as the setup goes, im done with the box and im very happy with the way everything is. all i have to do now is water and love them, LoL.

sad to hear the box is gone lol...not... im a closet grower myself and it makes for so much better growing really... bout to modify my closet grow once i get these flowered and out of here then im going to make it into a perpetual closet grow.. money issues kept me from building my grow room this year so next year im hopeful to have my room built but this year im still in the closet and its all good ...
out of all my plants i have 4 baby clones started with 3 Super Skunks and one Moroccan Kiff plant flowering and with all my trimmings i am planing to make myself a little hash yet tonight...so life is good so far ... still ghetto and proud of it.. :bigjoint:

i woke up this morning and i think i was still a little fukt up...lol.. me and a couple of my boys sat around last night and burnt the 10 grams i got made (10.6) and it came out nice and blonde and when we put it through the glass it was almost 98% full melt .. and OMFG did i get BAKED lol at one point i thought i was seeing shit but it was just me tripping out. bongsmilie

well old bean and new bean (thats their names) are doing great, im much happier growing in soil than the hydro setup, thanks prebs, LoL. so their 7 days and 3 days old today and really looking heathly, kinda sucks tho, theres nothing to do but watch them grow now.

a little side note, im getting around pretty good on the crutches now, its been just over 3 weeks since the injury. i still cant walk on my own, but its getting better. i went to home depot and walmart, you never relize how big walmart is until you have to get around that place on crutches. thought i was gonna die when i got home, LoL. this grow is the only thing helping me keep my sanity right now. i have been out of bud for a week now and have takin no pain pills for this, that really sucks, LoL.

take your meds while you grow your meds .. nothing makes healing better then a nice fat little MJ plant to obsess over bongsmilie
