New Cannabis Vaping Products Are Coming To Canada But They Haven't Even Been Tested

Two months after cannabis oils were legalized in Canada and following several months of health concerns when it comes to vaping, you’ll soon be able to purchase some new products. New cannabis vaping products will be available in Canada but the health effects of them haven’t even been tested.
On December 17, cannabis vapes and other new products like edibles and extracts will be sold legally in Canada either online or in-store after they were legalized back in October.
However, Health Canada hasn’t actually tested the health effects associated with using cannabis vaping products.
According to the CBC, even though the government agency has tested the ingredients in cannabis vaping liquids, tests haven’t been done yet on the vapours that come out of the vape when you use it.
"No legal products are on the market as of today. So, there has been no analysis done," Eric Morrissette, a spokesperson for Health Canada, said to the CBC before products start being sold.
With news of this reaching Twitter, people were not too pleased by the lack of testing and analysis of new vaping products.
One person asked, "Do we wait for deaths to occur first?"
"Doesn’t shock me," another said.






Though one person is trying to see the silver lining in all of this.

Health Canada first issued a warning about vaping products back in September after hundreds of possible illnesses related to vaping were reported in the U.S.
Officials in the U.S. found that the possible culprit of vaping illness could be vitamin E acetate which is sometimes added to cannabis vaping products and other vaping products too.
However, added vitamins or minerals like vitamin E acetate, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine or added sugars, sweeteners or colours aren't allowed in cannabis oil products in Canada.

While these kinds of products will soon be hitting shelves in Canada, not every province is on board with vaping. Newfoundland & Labrador won't allow cannabis vaping products to be sold there for now.
Nova Scotia will also ban flavoured e-cigarettes and juices in the province as of April 1, 2020.
Despite no tests being done, you can still start legally purchasing cannabis vaping items in Canada online and in-store in provinces where they’re still allowed to be sold on December 17.

According to the government, a greater variety of legal cannabis products will start to become available to Canadians in 2020.

20yrs ago it was cool to vaporize weed but it was done on a hotplate and glass bowl not the the liquid vape stuff they make now days. i would not touch that

Most ccell vapes can do stright oil these days, you don't even have to add terps to make it less viscous. I know lots of people who smoke shatter or oil BUT its once or twice per month as you get used to it so fast and its expensive from dispensaries and even still local dealer. This is why dry herb will always win, its a social thing, its got flvours and the burnt weed smell which again is more of a social gathering with friends thing.

adding anything to yer shit is not what its about.
Why cut the best meds there be? Its ONLY CUT in order for it to kind of work in the first lace.
Use a TRUE VAPE without adding crap to your stuff..

adding tobacco to your pot .....i use to when i was a kid but tabaco tasted good back in the day. now its like smoking rubber from the tobaco companies cheaping out and adding way too many horrid products to it


as someone that hasn't experience dabbing i must ask something . isnt that a form of vapping as you are not burning plant matter or is it classed as smoking still

The Volcano has an OK PID in it where it allows and controls the temp but it STILL has issues when it comes to VAPING>
Others vape the juice but burn the THC inside

dabbing is the largest volume of thc you can get at once, is all that's about..
Its far from actual vaping ................................... 1/4 gram dabs easy... or used to anyway

vaporizing cannabis is the healthiest most effective and most efficient way to use it.
I own quite a few high end vaporizers and have not smoked in years.
Sad to see so much bad information from you guys.
The volcano is medically certified in Europe and is manufactured by a medical equipment company in Germany

Im curious what issues the volcano still has with vaping? Ive had obe for 10+ years so maybe it's something I've also noticed.

Vaping THC is an EXACT science. Needing Exact temps..
When you take a draw on the Caino..it changes temp ...no more vaping.
Now.................... if ya leave it to fill the bag at a controlled rate you get the best Vape...even though it is not all vape..due to temp variations.
If you raise or lower the temp..... even a minute amount....?? No more vaping. ............................. it's burning or not vaping...

Science says combustion starts at 450 whereas all psychoactive compounds vaporize below 428 farenheit,
not sure where you get your "info" but like I said........a quick Google.

I haven't experienced any of that. I vape at a variety of different temps ranging from low all the way to max to make sure I get the various cannabinoids. I will admit some of the lower temps don't do anything in terms of vapor and are useless.(below 6 on the original). I've never had it suddenly not vape by simply.

Of course like anything else from a waffle iron to rosin plates it cycles to make sure the temp comes back or "pre heat" after use since that heat naturally will decrease. Ive never burned weed in it either, maybe it was a defective unit ?Gonna have to disagree with ya on this one

There isn't a device made anywhere that will accomplish Vaping THC as you draw on it!
The Volcano included in that!

but it does do the best job for anything made today!!

I like my Airizer. That thing is bomb as far as desktop vapes are concerned. Parts are cheap and interchangeable too.
