get somthing like this, its cheap and much more convinient, put a 400 watt hps light in it which u can get a good one at HTGsupply.com for about $116 then all you wanna do is get some light tight plastic and line the box with it and instal a few pc fans or somthing stronger to suck the hot air out from the hps light. as you master this box you can always get another one and expand. also check lowes out they have bigger nicer garage cabinet if you need a bigger one

what i did was build my bitch from the ground up its 4.5' tall which is a minimum height if u want any decent harvest... and 3 feet wide and 2 feet front to back n thats hosting 8 beauties rite now so it just depends how many u want and how tall u want em to gro. also think about how big ur light is going to b as mine is about 9'' long and i need 1 foot of space so the plants dont burn on the MH so that takes a good chunk of extra room u thot u had to veg the plants for.

It requires extensive bracing once you gut it but its nice and big enough to accommodate separate veg and flower chambers

i want to do a cab soooooo bad, but you see i havent yet moved out of my fathers, and eventhough he said it was ok, i still have little cousins come to the house and they always want to chill in my room, and a cab seems out of place in my room. and any little adventurous child is going to want to wonder whats inside. but a speaker is dull and boring and for all they know nothing is inside and they will leave it alone. plus i always have speakers lying around my room anyway, so it seems to be the best thing for me right now to do a speaker box grow. but as soon as i get my apartment im doing 2 cabs one for the mother and the the other for clones

im a sole beleiver of if u do it urself u do it how u like it, wasting 2500 on a cabinet is smuttt! well ya u can make ur money back but y waste a buncha money to spend on a cabinet marked up cuz its meant to gro pot! those guys can get fuckt!

I was gonna do a combo CFL / 150 HPS in this cab, I bought it this morning. Should I have gone bigger with the HPS? I did a 1000 watt hps last time, and that was in a grow room, this cabinet itsn't very big, but will fit nicely a 3 females

DAMMIT CANNABOLIC! Your a goddam genius! I was strolling through the forum to find out more about a good stealth box and there you go ruminating about your speakers! At midsentence I jumped up and rushed to my own bedroom door and what should I find? Not one but two mighty speakers! I can't believe that I didn't see it before... this leaves me with a great option of a continual harvest of a single plant in veg a set of clones in one and a plant in bloom in the other!
