New Batch of CannaVenture Flaming Cookies Not Germinating?

First off, I would like to say that I do not blame CannaVenture or Attitude for the bad germination rate. I'm not sure which end the problem is arising from, so I'm not going to point fingers. It could very well be bad luck on my end. Anyone who has purchased the seeds recently please let me know how they're germinating for you.

I recently purchased a pack of Big Buddah Cheese Fem and a pack of CannaVenture Flaming Cookies Fem. My order came with a few freebies, which included CannaVenture Raspberry Kush Fem and Humboldt Seed Organization Purple Trainwreck Fem.

My method of germinating:

• Presoaked the seeds for 12 hours in 120ppm~ 5.5 pH~ RO water with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow A/B. Seeds were left in a dark cabinet at room temperature.
• Presoaked rockwool cubes for 12 hours (same strength water at 5.5 pH~). Drained the cubes. Resoaked rockwool cubes again for another 12 hours in new batch of RO water (same strength same pH). Drained the cubes.
• After the seeds presoaked for 12 hours, regardless of whether the taproot emerged, I planted them straight into the rockwool cubes. About the seeds length in depth (3/8 inch~). If the taproot was showing - I dropped the seed in taproot up. Typically, the holes in the Gordan rockwool AO cubes are a bit too wide and deep for cannabis seeds. I tore little off a bit of rockwool from the corners of each cube and adjusted the hole to where the seed would sit snug and not too deep. I then gently covered each hole with a little piece of rockwool.
• Once the seeds were planted, I placed the rockwool cubes into a rockwool tray and covered the tray with a humidity dome. I poured the same strength/pH RO water into the tray until the bottom of the rockwool barely touched the water (1/2 centimeter~). The tray was moved to a dark room and placed over a heating mat. Once the seeds sprouted I put them under light.

Now here are my results with the seeds I just germinated:

• Big Buddah Cheese - 2/2
• CannaVenture Flaming Cookies - 0/3
• CannaVenture Raspberry Kush - 2/2
• Humboldt Seed Organization Purple Trainwreck - 1/1

So I have a 100% success rate (5/5) with seeds not named Flaming Cookies... and 0% success rate (0/3) with those that are... tis a Sad Sad day. I really wanted to have a "Cookies" strain in my garden and I spent $110 USD on those beans :/ I still have four more left though... Hopefully one of them will come through. Just thought I'd share my experience. If anyone has had any experience with these seeds (recent batch) please let me know. Thanks!

i know of 6 to 8 day adventures w/ fire og beans.

a towel for 6 days is risky if you dont change it every 2 or 3.

should soak those until they crack in the shot-glass.

Thanks for the input. I had the seeds in the rockwool for 2 1/2 weeks~. I got curious after all the other seeds sprouted and the flaming cookies did not, so I ripped apart the rockwool carefully to see what was going on. The seeds didn't even crack. No signs of life :/ I will do what you say though and soak them until they crack the next time around. Will provide an update when I do.
