Hello everyone I am a new grower and I planted three seeds and I have three plants that have popped up but they're very tall and not sure what to do next. Help!!

I've started them outside in my Florida room. They have been growing for about weeks

they are strectching usually they stop at a lower height and start making bigger leafs.
you should provide them a stronger light source.
you can download a phone app ppfd turn it to lux and get at least 30 000 lux

Growing in a window will only produce a stretched and spindly plant.
It's ok if you're experimenting, but if you're serious about growing you'll need more light.
Are they all in the same cup?
What's your medium?
You can give the stem some support by filling the cup with more medium.

I separated the two last night both had small roots buried them down and added more soil to hold it up dome hope rhe roots attach on the new clear solo cup. Mt medium Is just soil here's a picture of the light source I have.

Yea definitely fill soil to top of baby leaves, cotyledons. Then make sure to move em to sunny spots all day till you decide if your doing outside or inside. Here are mine I did in window sill. Then when you can up pot top at fifth node after it's been growing for a bit. Don't have to top just gives more energy to other branches.

So I'm understanding you I will fill up the cup wirh my medium all rhe way up to those only 2 leaves that are on there? Is that correct?

Why dont you have them growing outside under natural sunlight? Your current set up wont produce anything worthwhile.
Are you growing those for fun or are you growing to harvest and smoke your own bud?

Yup fill to top of those baby leaves and only give a shot glass worth of water until couple weeks. Then see mine you want to put em in a pot 7 to 10 gallon pots for outside 5 for inside. Fabric pots are really cheap and great. 5 bucks or so a piece.

I'm growing rhis fie personal reasons and medically it helps me %nothing else helps however the cost is another reason to grow my own stuff. Bur its atart is crazy. I filled rhe cup all rhe way like you said bur the little plant looks worse. I'm so about to give up no doubt. If they are deaf I'm going to have to start over and have no seeds
