new at grow

HI ALL
its my first time in a forum as well as my first time growing im havin some teethin problams im not to sure what to do i started with seed a month ago under a 200 lamp iv now moved to auto pots that seem to b working under a 600 lamp in a tent my ph is 5.6 and with 30 ltrs of water ive used 25ml of senci a+b should there b water in the pots all time as soon as thay empty thay fill i no this is how thay work im worried its drowning my plants allso how far should thay b from lamp there 4 inch tall

So you're growing in soil? I'm somewhat new to growing myself but have learned quite a bit from being on the forum.

If you're in soil I believe the ph should be 6.5 and the light should be 18 inches away.
