New Arrival in Ventura, CA

Hey All,

Ive just moved to Ventura CA from Rome Italy, and I would like to get myself legalized and start medicating for some chronic back pain. Ive heard its easy enough to get a card down in Venice, but I dont have a car and its a bit far for me to bike. I was wondering if any of you know of a place I could go in Ventura/Oxnard/Ojai area where i could procure a medical mary jane script/card, and likewise if theres any dispensaries up here or if i need to go south to the city?

Also, what are the prices for 1/8s around these parts? I dont want to pay moer than i need to.

Any advice will be appreciated.

35-60 an eighth, dont be fooled $35 8ths are usually still pretty bomb. When I got my card they asked me if I had been a CA resident for atleast a year. No worries, if you cant get your card the punishment if caught smoking in public or busted with less than an ounce is a 100 dollar fine. there a doctors office in thousand oaks that does it but its like $150 dollars compared to the valley $50 dollars. just curious do you have a California id if not no collective will let you in regardless of doctors recommendation

Crap I do not have a california id. im living in a hotel with a ventura address for the next three months. is there any way around this or do i have to ask a bellhop to score me something? my connects in this neck of the woods are slim to say the least.

there's some clubs that don't care let anyone in but i only know of one in the San Fernando valley once you find a connect you should be good i remember the days before having a doctor script calling all my friends seeing if they know someone that slang out there you should be able to find someone wait till you see someone smoking a joint
on the street $60 an 1/8th $20 a gram max 45-50 is normal for an eighth

Welcome to Cali! Like you I'm struggling to find a steady connect that I'm not put out for. In other words, I'm constantly revolving around other people schedule to get my meds and it's pretty frustrating. Looking to get my card pretty soon so I can Club Hop it and keep testing sativas.
