New Armoire - looking to go stealth

I just bought an armoire and I'm wanting to setup a stealth cabinet.

The top dimensions are: 42in wide, 37in high and 21.5in deep without the light trap for the doors.

Bottom dimensions are: 42in wide, 22in high and 21.5in deep.

I want to set up my carbon scrubber inside the cabinet. I was thinking about putting in the bottom of the cabinet or building an area on one of the sides of the top area - what would you guys recommend?

I will be painting the inside white and light proofing all area's that will house plants. This cab needs to be stealth - I will have to vent into the same room the cabinet is in (cannot drill holes into the wall) we are leasing a townhouse. I might be able to vent out the window in the room but that would take a lot of work - whenever it rains the water hits the window in that room so it would have to be a waterproof setup (possibility).

If I put the carbon scrubber on the top area I was thinking about blocking off 12 or so in and enclosing it behind a mother chamber. Any recommendations?

I am considering a 400w HPS - would that be too much for a small area like this? Would I be better off getting a 250?

I'd like to harvest 6-8z off each grow - would it be possible in this small of a space?

Here are some images of the armoire. I plan on splitting the top area into two sections, one will house the main grow chamber and the other will be split into two area's, one will house the carbon scrubber and the other will house the mother.

So for the top area, I am looking at a 26in wide x 22in deeep x 39in high for the grow chamber.

The other section will be 16in wide, 22in deep and 39in high (I'm thinking about splitting this into 2 sections, 1 for the mother and the other for the scrubber/ballast/electrical.

I'd like to split the bottom section in 2 and house the nutes/veg chamber.

With the grow area being so small, I am thinking maybe a 250w hps. What would you guys recommend?

Hey Syntax. You definately have something to work with here but the only thing I can say (and NOT as a seasoned grower) is that at 400W hps I think it may be way too hot for the size of that chamber. I am using CFL's so heat is not an issue
Feel free to look at the cab I built below and you may find some ideas you can use.

I think you'll have heat issues if you don't plan your ventilation very well.....
