learn to weld stainless steel and al.alloys learn mechanical welding .dont settle for a job at dumpster world , look for oil rig werk see what kind of skills they want and persue them . doing complex welding on complex metals is an art .

in not really catching youre drift , i am however a hilbilly and selfproclamed and i prefer my shine at about 100 proof , when i was drinking .

Yeah most welding programs teach u Mig Tig and of course ARC hell if u cant arc weld then id be surprised if u get hired
I dint know alot
I welded before tho just arc like ik what rods to use and shit
I might get my 4year degree in that thing (I cant remember the damn name) but they check welds and shit with a x ray type machine
Them guys make 80+ a years
Id only be making 30 or so a year from welding if I work ny ass off
Btw I heard that people from tulsa welding school are the last to get hired cuz they suck at there welding
Have you heard anything like that???
Im looking into tulsa or just a community college type program

Lol well I mean people down here in Florida think that there 100 proof is strong af but when I was drunk I was saying that got like 200 from my still (really like 170ish at the most)

trade school , get online and check out the neighborhood look for training on the job even if it relocates you . if you are willing to be good at it resources can be found

Well if @Singlemalt called you that then that you must be, we are banging down the gavel here on classification. After all he does call them as he sees them and we must all bow to that.
The solution simply presents itself:
(1) Bang the mother of the critter, while paying attention to the critter and teaching it basic math skills simple addition and subtraction, use money,
(2) Start a subtle paranoia campaign on the neighbor, mention cops and be helpful about his biz,
(3) So you've been doing this for a couple weeks, now stop banging the mother cause you are concerned about her kid's 'environment'
(4) Rent the kid to the meth head to 'babysit'. You get money from the mom for babysitting that you don't give to the crack head. Instead you tell the crack head to have the kid sell the shit on the street and you take a slice of that pie as well.
That plan is just golden on oh so many levels even if I do say so myself! Sad you're a college student and all and going somewhere or you could make a buck or two with ideas like that! Ka-Ching!
