NEW APARTMENT PROBLEMS WITH LIGHT & Electrical panel ! URGENT HELP NEEDED.

Arc fault breakers can trip with a bad power cord or loose junction in the wall but only when current flows.

Hi guys, thank you all for your replies!
I was all high when i created this topic, so i completely forgot to mention that the light actually worked twice! the first time we plugged it in outside the tents, to see if it still works, which is did, so we put the light inside the tent, connected it with the timer and it started up again, as it should. But then suddenly we looked at our tent, and the lights was all out. After that, we tried to rewire it, the first times=no reaction, but we kept on rewiring after rewiring, and on the 4th or 5th time all the shits with all the electricity going out start happening. The bulb is relatively new, we bought it in december, and has worked since.
We're pretty sure its the ballast that is messed up, and dont think its due to the small panel keeping the electricity in my aparment limited, since it has already worked and started up twice. As you can see on the picture, its not in the best conditioning, but its just weird that it worked so well in the old apartment, but now its playing games.

I wish i could answer your questions, but the only thing that i really know, is about the rooms size, well the apartment is 37 square meters, im a college student so it aint big. There is only one room besides the toilet, and that room is where my grow tent, kitchen and living room is placed. ATT is my panel and my ballast, i dont really have access to anything else, im sorry.
I'm actually close to give the light up, i have had it with all the self mounted cables, ballast' and shit. Unless you guys have any last recommendation what to do with this shit, i'll see where i can loan some bucks to buy this one right here:

Is this light fine for a growtent which is 120x120x200m?

looks like theres more than 2 breaker but really i have no clue cause it looks like its european. but the switches labeled 10a and 16a wich one keeps tripping when you plug in? or both?

Standard 600w EU ballast. Enough A in the box to power the 6A unit. Wiring instructions L N written on the ballast.
What else do you have running in the house. Overload is making it trip. Kettle, AC, vacuum cleaner etc all use a lot of A.
Just get an electrician, you need to upgrade the fuses in the box. But remember that the wiring in the house can only cope with so much.

They both do, mate. But y'know what? What if ill just buy one of them digital ballast, as one of you mentioned about the old school magnetic ballast, needing huge electronic power to start, the digitals onse dont need as much + you save like 35% energy? Dont you think that will be my answer for this problem?

Naaah i dont want anyone up in my house, who i cant trust bro. I'm not safe with strangers coming so near my babies. As i asked in comment above to that cool SFguy, dont you think a new digital ballast could solve it all? Take note, that the light HAS been able to start up before with no electricity going out.

I would search for a 'dodgy' electrician. I know half a dozen that could work at mine. If you overload your system, expect a fire and the police round instead.
