Blonde roast or dark roast? Im a blonde roast guy. I love the mellow flavor and people say its stronger. After doing dark for so long I always felt like it was true. Its subjective theres no proof it doesnt provide more or less caffeine in final serving. Before roasting there is tho and thats why people think so.

I made a chicken stock yesterday so just made a little pan of chicken sweetcorn soup . We’re having jacket patato with cheese and tuna salad later

Ham and shallot scrambled eggs with avocado and garden tomatoes & black berries. I don't often eat bread but when I do it's sourdough rye with crunchy pb and creamed summer blossom honey.

Lunch. More garden goodies with pecans, onion/chive goat cheese and multigrain rice crackers. Nespresso and chocolate zucchini cake for dessert.

Watermelon salad is a summertime treat. Cubed, add cucumber, red onion, lime juice, feta and chocolate mint. Marinate for an hour and serve. I've had the chocolate mint in the garden for about 15 years and it makes a great tea too.

Saved two ribs for later when the munchies went wild after galavanting around with blackberry simple syrup and gin while she's at bingo. Camp life.

My first attempt at ciabatta bread

Been up since the crack of dawn . Been working out last few weeks now ,feel great .

Made a good mess like but whats the saying you can’t make an omelette without cracking a few eggs . Thought I’d add a couple off boiled eggs too
