First pic was my Sunday roast my missus made yesterday, rosties were abit cremated . Didn’t have the heart to say anything they still delicious though .

Spag Bol tonite . Little tip guys when your bolinaise sauce finished cooking add a knob of butter and stir it in , makes so much difference in taste and mouth feel
