I have a good recipie
Take some ginger, some garlic - make a paste.
Take a can of peeled tomatoes and a pack of unsalted cashews - blend.
Boil 2 pounds of potatoes, sweet potatoes if you like, some carrots, some peas, string beans
cut 2 onions, 2 bellpeppers, you can add some cauliflower or cabbage too.
Take 1 cup of heavy cream, 1- 1 1/2 cans of coconut milk (you can drink the rest)
Use 1-2 tbsp. of garam marsala, 1tbsp. of paprika powder - or if you like it hot chili powder - 1tsp. of cumin
Give your garlic + ginger paste a quick roast in olive oil, mix in the spices the bellpeppers and the onions.
Add the rest of your veggies, mbe add a little butter if you like stirr it up.
Add the heavy cream + coconut milk + the blended tomatoes with the cashews and let it simmer until it has a good consistency.
For the final touches you add salt, pepper + fresh lemon or orange juice to taste.
Prepare some jasmin or basmati rice and maybe a baguette or some pizza bread with garlic.
