It's a spectacular day, the sun shined for all of it, no kids screaming within earshot, gorgeous day to smoke some meat. Today I'm adapting a technique from Meat Church in Texas and smoking these wings, with Killer Hogs BBQ dry rub, over cherry wood. And then I'm gonna deep fry em crispy right at the end.

Lmao... they were weird. Unlike the other carrots they were covered in little fleshy root stuff. I got lazy and left them on the deck.
Not gonna lie, these slap. Crispy skin seasoned just right, and so juicy.
