Mushroom stuffing


Stuffed mushrooms. Love these things. Bacon non-optional, a little goes a long way, that fat fries the stuffing some more and soaks the mushrooms with flavor. Juicy meaty taste bombs.



Just a small portion of the sweet potatoes, other parts fell apart and were less photogenic.

Yesterday I smoked chicken thighs, frozesome and made 2 pizzas. Buffalo and a works for My son.
Needed to fill the freezer up. ......I'ts getting there

Refrigerator soup, in other words what do I have to throw into some chicken broth before it goes bad. Turns out I had sweet peppers, onions and some garlic chicken sausage. I had some Tom Yum Kai base and some white wine I deglazed the pot with.

I know,my tincture is strong it constantly carries over into almost noon but I sleep straight through never before since. Do half a dropper full and does same.

Chicken cordon bleu-piccorini-scallopini hybrid dinner. Chicken tenderized thin, stuffed with Swiss cheese, dredged in spiced flour and butter fried, with 2 pounds of mushrooms, slices of lemon and a large sweet onion chopped into sauce made with bone broth, chardonnay, heavy cream, garlic, fresh thyme, sage and capers.
