I follow this guy:
Ive watched a few videos! Found his base sauce a bit tomatoey for me when trying to make milder curries like korma etc but fantastic knowledge given for free :)

His Bhaji recipe is a work of art. No other recipe I’ve seen tells you to macerate the onions with a tsp of salt. This draws the moisture out and soften the onions. Allowing to form a batter with the onion juices. I get comments saying they are the best Bhajis folk have tried!

Andalouse sauce works well on fries but why is it Belge and not Spain?
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • ¼ finely chopped green bell pepper
  • ¼ finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
Spain ruled the Netherlands for a time in the 16/17th centuries. That's why there are so many great Dutch paintings in Spanish museums

Surely baquette Hawaii is a thing everywhere. It says classic :D

Here’s to you @BobBitchen, homemade baquette hawaii, bacon, with pineapple - smoked in cedar wood - and (old amsterdam) cheese and extra bacon on top. Served with Heinz.

Mayo and fries are good tho have you tried it before ? It's gotta be the right mayo some taste different than others

Mayo on sandwiches is pretty common...or did you mean mayo on toast ? If it was toast then I see your concern lol

mayo on chicken biscuits is good too
It's gotta be real mayo. Best Foods, or Hellmann's east of the Rockies. Same thing.

No Miracle Whip. That shit tastes like mayo gone bad.

I put mayo on sandwiches too.
