It’s been a hot summer so for. This past weekend I decided that I wasn’t going to slave over the stove so I made meal plans for the oven, a set it and forget it kinda thing. Well Saturday was roasted chicken and a creamy hash brown casserole. Sunday was pork tenderloin with roasted potatoes and buttery skillet corn. For lunch I made fried tenderloin sandwich’s and I’m not going to lie about it they were the best damn thing I’ve ate in years .
