Honestly, didn’t look to bad. It’s just raw fish on top of sushi rice with condiments. Reminds me of chirashi sushi, which is just basically like a sushi rice bowl.

It's the pairing. Raw fish and cured meats is like Hatfields and McCoys, forever feuding, for me anyway!

I don't think there's any cured meat there. Just sushi rolled and presented differently that what you'd usually expect.

I didn’t see any cured meats either…one is Krab salad with dots of sriracha on it to look like pepperoni, the other looks to be a thin layer of tobiko roe, with salmon, tuna, cucumber, and edamame on it and a drizzle of spicy Mayo
