New and Improved TnT Foodie thread

Nice to see you over here :) I'd eat those! I just got us a simple gas grill. I'd forgotten how nice they are.
I lurk for the killer recipe ideas but never really cook anything fancy so I don't post. I love my wood smoker but the quick and easy no fuss style with gas is hard to beat. I got that little grill with a full bottle of propane for 27 bucks at. Walmart closeout. I can't find a replacement bottle of propane for that price now. I break out the charcoal a couple times a year for the flavor and nostalgia of when I was a kid but it's nice to just push a button and have fire.

What's that green stuff? Oh yes, that's the food that we feed our real food so it gets big and fat. I'll be honest, I had to look that cut of meat up, it's one I'm not familiar with. It looks delicious but on the lean side for me. I like ribeye, top sirloin, flank steak and t bones the best but if it's beef I'm game for anything almost. I bet that cut has a really good flavor if you cook it just right. I'd just worry I'd overcook it the first couple times as lean beef cooks so darn fast.

It has a lovey fat cap on it that is very tasty and you cook it similar to TriTip but yeah lose your focus for a moment on a small piece and it's shoe leather, don't ask how I know
