My two 6-in vivo sun fans just stopped oscillating. Anybody have contact information for vivo sun like a number or email that I could contact. People are saying that you can send these back?

How do you send the fans back? They stopped oscillating on me, I've only had them for maybe a month and a half or two months... does anybody have contact information for Vivosun? Or how that process works?

Like I explained. You have to buy two more from Amazon because more than likely it’s been more than 30 days so no more warranty on those fans.
Then you wait a couple of weeks and return your two broken fans.
Problem solved.
Returned 4 this way so far. In the midst of doing another 2. They don’t last long but they do a great job when they do. Lol

If you have no info for vivosun warranty then you may not have one.
However I just picked one of these up to give it a feel, and I'm already ordering another. They do no oscillate bit 2 of these in a tent on opposing sides will circulate air just fine. They have speed controller built in, and rotate in 360 degrees direction. (That last part made me sound like Borat lol)

They’re on Amazon.ca. I notice though it’s off/on when they’re available.
I actually thought they yanked them due to their service life.... was disappointing as I have four broken ones. But fortunately they’re back online here so I can swap em out.

So did everybody replying in this thread have the “new” Vivosun design with “improved” bearing and the 12month warranty? Is the new design any better than the old one. They come with a 1 year warranty now, so wondering if it is actually improved - or when this “new” oscillator design came out.
