Yea man the waters gonna come from the hot air turning cold..condenation equals moisture!Had to do this in my apartment last year cause they wanted $200 just to use an A/C for the summer.....fuck that.....two years ago it was $40,last year $60...then $200...WTF!?!?!

haha okay then where is the FUCKING problem in having a satellite screwed to the brick wall of a 9 story building...compared to almost EVERY SINGLE PERSON firing up their BBQ's on a tiny ass balcony? Also at this SAME building I paid $40 a month for a god damn parking spot.I stopped paying that and just parked in the visitor parking every night where you are SUPPOSED to pay a couple bucks per night...but don't...visitor parking was about 4 car lenghts DIRECTLY ahead of where I was originally parking.I don't have a dog but DAMN does the elevator ever FUCKING REAK like 24/7.Wet dog smell while holding my Mc d's or pizza....UGGGHHGGGhh...haha.

hahaha oh man thats a bummer dude. i just dont quite understand the satellite thing. why cant it be screwed into the wall? and what does that have to do with people bbqin lol

well the satellite was originally screwed to the wall by me,it was the easiest. But apparently thats not Allowed for some reason....you HAVE to have it on a tripod not attached to the building itsself...the tripod was $60,chepest one I could find...see where my frustration comes from? ANd the fact that we can use BBq's on our balconies is SWEET...beacuse almost every other building around here doesn't allow BBQ's on the balcony cause of fire hazards or some shit.....sooooo the risk of FIRE from a BBq isn't as big a concern as putting screws in the the brick of the building?!.................When the power goes out it is IMPOSSIBLE to get into this building unless someone opens the door for you.FUck I need a bong now man, shit just keeps coming to me! gahhaaa....Sighhhh....

oh man wow haha ok ill stop asking questions then lol but thats surprising about the BBQs ive never heard of them being allowed on balconies. seems like you could easily be dropping ashes or fireballs on to your neighbors below you haha

EXACTLY! or if you saw the setup of the balconies....they are slabs of concrete...not very high so the black sut collects on the "roof" of the balcony..which is the concrete slab floor of the one above you.And yea the BBQ thing sold me when I came to look at the place...I could see them on a lota balconies.....i fucked the balcony right up though I didn't notice the can that all the greese drips into...had fallen off somehow...and now theres a huge nasty stain on the floor of hte balcony that I don't think will ever come out! hahaa...ahh this building has been good to me I can't really complain....lotsa old people...

how exactly has it been good to you lol. sounds fucking awful from what i hear. but yeah my friend had an apartment with a balcony and they didnt allow BBQs or anything out there, but he had a small one he kept in the corner where it was hard to see it haha. i just remember this one time i went out there for a stoge and spit and it went right through the cracks in the floorboards and then i hear this "HEY!WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?! WATCH WHERE YOURE FUCKIN SPITTIN! yeah i went inside pretty quickly after that lol

hahaha....well its kinda funny I have good neighbours(ones to the right are FUCKING CRAZY MENTAL wel-fare cases) and to the left they actaully setup umbrellas and a sheet and shit to stop the POT SMOKE from sweeping across onto their balcony! haha they've never complained but went to all this work...lol...and I have LOTS of people over and after the winter(i'm on the 3rd story) I found like 2,000,000 cig butts below the balcony...theres 9 stories so it wasn't NESSACARILY me but...LOL...this brings me to another PISS OFF...Bong.....okay...When the A/C WAS in the window, drips from other A/C units were hitting the top of my A/C from like 4 stories above me....all night....TICK.....TICK..TICK,TICK....TICK,TICK,TICK......TICK...FUCK,not even consistantly.Put weather slripping on the top it helped a little but not much...didn't know what the hell to do bout this...not an issue anymore...but I"ve had a lotta good parties, made a lotta money :) and its the first place I've been able to keep shit up like...well,you know...rent.haha.

For flowering you want to keep the humidity as low as possible-if you room is at 25% your better off then a lot of growers who are battling to keep there levels below 50% and allot would be jealous. Humid air hold heat and is not cooler than dry air. If you are in veg then run 40% R/H if you are in clone or seed then run 80 to 90% R/H. High Humidity also promotes larger wider leaves which is great for the veg cycle but not for flowering. Another plus of running low humidity levels in flower is that along with good airflow it will prevent bud mold. I would not recommend running a humidifier in a flowering room unless it was the last resort of cooling that room and even then only if the temps where going above 83.

how does humid air hold heat? humidity means more moisture in the air which cools and lowers the temp. since when do you want 25% humidity for flowering? ive heard youre better off around 40%. Cervantes book says 40%-60% for flowering and 60%-70% for vegging. i still think thats a bit high but it shouldnt be that much lower or the plants are going to dry out to quickly plus the temp will be higher...

That's way to high----humid air is not cooler. Hairy leafed plants such as mary jane are almost immune to dry air conditions-You are correct when you say that they will dry out faster---that's what you want... as you know----MJ roots hate long soggy stays in any medium but room temperature has allot more to do with plant transpiration than humidity-if you keep your room close to 78 deg which is ideal, you are not going to have any problems. You are asking for problems with high humidity in flowering rooms and should do your best to keep the humidity below 50%. My room stays 25 to 35% and I never have problems with bud mold/fungal attacks/root rot/powdery mildew or any of the problems associated with high humidity.

yeah i know that the higher humidity can cause mold and bud rot etc, especailly during flowering, but i still dont understand how it isnt cooler? my room stays around 80 with a 30% humidity, with my evaporative cooler on it drops to around 75 with 50% humidity...
